Suzanne Doran is the Managing Editor of post-acute and case management content at MCG Health. Suzanne has been a nurse for over 29 years with over 12 years’ experience in case management. She has worked in patient management in a variety of care settings, including the acute care hospital setting, and open-heart intensive care, trauma, recovery, and interventional radiology. She is certified in case management, and her experience includes coordinating discharge from inpatient hospitalization (both acute and post-acute levels of care), complex case management, disease management, and quality improvement |
Emily Ferguson |
Emily Ferguson is an editor of post-acute and case management content at MCG Health. She has been a nurse for 20 years, with over 10 years’ experience in case management in a variety of care settings, including patient management in the acute care hospital setting, long-term care, home health, and palliative care. She is also a certified case manager, experienced in complex case management and disease management. |
